The Dry Hire

This package is great for those that already have a drinks package and / or bar staff included in on your event venue hire but would still like to utilise Lady Marmalade Caravan bar.

The hire of Lady Marmalade for the night of your event – drop off until the follow morning will include:

  • Lady Marmalades premium glassware of your choice
  • Ice buckets, bar ware and bar consumables
  • Personalised bar menu
  • Styling of the bar

The Cocktail Hour

This package is great for those that have a venue or caterer that already have on offer a drinks package, but you’d like to add that extra” wow” factor. 

This package will include:

  • Bar hire and service for 3-5 hours
  • Lady Marmalades premium glassware of your choice (and ice approximately (15-20 bags)
  • Bar ware and bar consumables
  • Personalised bar menu
  • Styling of the bar
  • RSA qualified bar staff
  • Barista made coffee and hot chocolate – charged at 4.00 per guest (1 size only)
  • Lawn games included on request.
  • Fruit infused hydration water station

The Grazing Table

Our beautiful grazing table can be hired for that extra special something for any event.

FAQ

Do you provide Alcohol?

All beverages for your event are supplied by you. We can recommend on the volume of alcohol that is required for the event based on the number of your guests.

Where are you based?

We are based in Beaumaris and we do travel around Melbourne ( extra fees may apply)

Do you provide table or a roaming service?

We do provide table service and glass / bottle collection. We do everything we can to make your event as stress free as possible.

Do I require a permit or licence to serve alcohol?

If you are holding an event on private land and you are the supplier of the alcohol, then a liquor license will not be required. All events that are held on council land will require permission and permits from your local shire. Any permits required in this instance will need to be supplied by you. 

What do you do with the recycling?

We cannot take the recycling with us, we will however, use a nominated area where we can leave the rubbish / recycling in a neat and tidy manner.
